College Placement Test Information
 The
College Board's mission is to connect students to college success and
opportunity. The College Board serves students and their parents through
major programs and services in college admissions, guidance, assessment,
financial aid, enrollment, and teaching and learning. Among its
best-known programs are the SAT®, the PSAT/NMSQT®, and the Advanced
Placement Program®. Collegeboard.com offers online SAT
registration and SAT score sending and SAT test preparation.

 The ACT
is America's most widely accepted
college acceptance entrance exam. It assesses high school students' general
educational development and their ability to complete college-level work.
The multiple-choice tests cover four skill areas: English, math, reading, and
science. The writing test is optional and measures skill planning and
writing a short essay.
