Welcome to SHS Cross Country
Welcome to Salem High Schools Cross Country Team
Page. We invite you to support us in our upcoming season (2009-2010). The
team has started conditioning and their hard work and efforts will pay off
with many team members participating in district, regional and state
meets. The team is growing and we welcome all new runners. We will be
running the Ed Lowery 5k, June 20th, this is the regional cross country
course (Bells Mill) in Chesapeake. This will give the team the experience
of running the course and give them a baseline 5k time to start off the
season. I am looking forward to a great 2009-2010 season.
