Commitment to excellence is our goal. To achieve success in life, it requires certain skills. The single most important skill is the ability to learn in the classroom as well as on the court. We create a family atmosphere to develop the players in a way that would help make them become successful young ladies. Here at Salem we stand on the principle of hard work, dedication, and determination. We feel that fundamentals are a big part of the game as well as strength and conditioning. It is important that we develop team chemistry to improve every practice to become the best team possible. It is important that when players leave the program or graduate that they have grown as person and are ready for the challenges that they will face in life. After working hard all summer, we are ready to hit the floor. We are ready to get on the bus on the road to Richmond. There are many steps on the way, but we have that desire to win and achieve great success. It is both a blessing and an honor to be the head basketball coach at Salem High School. As one of the top girl's basketball programs in the Beach District, Salem strives for championships each and every year. The bus is rolling to Richmond, will you be on it?
